Kaleem Mozaffar is the visionary Owner and President of DF Real Estate, LLC, a dynamic firm that he redefined in 2022 to focus on innovative real estate solutions. Kaleem’s journey in the construction and development industry is marked by a rich tapestry of experience and leadership.

DF Real Estate’s origins trace back to 2010 when it operated as a general contractor firm, leaving an indelible mark on the Kansas City metro with the construction of numerous light commercial buildings and custom homes. Kaleem’s leadership and commitment to excellence propelled the firm’s success, establishing DF as a respected player in the local real estate landscape.

Before venturing into private enterprise, Kaleem contributed significantly to the growth of the City of Kansas City,MO. In 2002, he assumed the role of a city supervisor, overseeing both commercial shopping and residential developments. His strategic oversight and dedication to urban development played a pivotal role in shaping the city’s landscape.

With an impressive 32 years of experience as a civil engineer, Kaleem possesses a comprehensive understanding of construction, civil engineering, financing, and development. His expertise extends beyond borders, as evidenced by his impactful tenure as the Country Manager for the UAE and Bahrain, where he played a key role in the development of large-scale projects.

Kaleem Mozaffar’s leadership is characterized by a passion for innovation and a commitment to creating spaces that stand the test of time. Nasir R Hashmi joined DF Real Estate LLC as a Chief Executive Officer in 2024. He comes with a rich and diversified experience in leading real estate development and aviation projects. His most recent engagement was with AKD Group Holding (Pvt) Limited as a Chief Executive Officer (Projects). Amongst his recent projects for AKD Group Holding is The Arkadians at DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. This development includes 6 Commercial & 13 Residential towers on 42 acres of land and was conceptualized and designed by ATKINS, UK.

He is a graduate Aeronautical engineer and has a masters in aviation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, USA.

✈ The construction and financial agreement negotiations for the Jinnah International Airport, Karachi as a team member of Bechtel International, USA.
✈ The financial and commercial negotiations for the New Terminal Complex at Lahore International Airport with Airsys ATM, France.
✈ Led the readiness project team of Bechtel International, USA during the construction of Jinnah International Terminal.
✈ Conceptualized the mixed development “Airport City” project for Jinnah International Airport, Karachi as a team member of a Malaysian and Singaporean company.
✈ Established Lynx Aviation, the first Business Charter Operator company in Pakistan, which operated Hawker 800XP aircraft.

As President & CEO of Bison State Bank, Mark Emley brings with him a wealth of knowledge and 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Graduating from Kansas State University with a BS in Business Administration, he then went on to receive his MBA from the University of Kansas. Mark leads Bison State Bank’s mission in bringing our local bank touch to complement our existing expertise in residential mortgage lending while expanding throughout the KC Metro area. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf, painting, and traveling with family.

His last association was with AKD Group in different roles like Chief Financial Officer, Business Develop ment and Advisory as an Executive Vice President of Cross Asset Advisory Group (CAAG) where he was responsible for the Group’s financial, tax and legal matters. He started his career working with A.F. Fergu son & Company, Chartered Accountants a member firm of Price Water House Coopers, and then worked for Credit Solutions Limited UK- part of The Crucible Group. At Crucible Group. Mr. Khan was actively involved in providing debt structuring advice to UK big blue-chip companies like Barclays Pic, Lloyds TSB & N-power. Mr. Khan has co-lead many projects in the space of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Merger & Acquisitions including acquisition of BIPL Securities Limited by AKD Securities Limited. He also has been dealing in REIT Transactions including licensing matters and establishment of REITs, He also co-leads in the formation of Pakistan’s firm Special Purpose Acquisition Company. He was EVP of Cross Asset Advisory Group (CAAG) at AKD Securities Limited/AKD Group. Naveed has overseen key internal strategic transactions and has been Project Director for the privatization of SME Bank Limited under the Government’s privatization program, Key transaction advisory and structuring experience includes AKD Group’s strategic sell of Gawadar Port Companies to China Overseas Port Holding Company (COPHC) in 2013 as well as stake sale of Dvcom Data (Private) Limited-having 1900 MHz spectrum to PTCL in 2015. He co-lead the merger and acquisition transaction of BIPL. Securities Limited and AKD Securities Limited. He also has been dealing in REIT Transactions including licensing matters and establishment of REITs. Other transactions include from Steel and Pharma sector. CARTER HINKLE

Carter Hinkle serves as the Vice President for DF Real Estate, LLC, bringing over a decade of dedicated service and expertise to the company. Joining DF in 2013, Carter initially excelled in the role of estimator, demonstrating a keen understanding of project intricacies and cost analysis. In 2022, he seamlessly transitioned into the position of Vice President, where he now spearheads the entire project lifecycle.

With a focus on comprehensive project development, Carter plays a pivotal role from project inceptional and acquisition, lending his insights to design and engineering processes, and overseeing construction phases. His meticulous approach extends to maintaining control over project and company operating costs, ensuring efficiency and fiscal responsibility.

Prior to joining DF Real Estate, Carter accumulated extensive experience as an estimator and construction manager, specializing in Department of Defense (DoD) tenant finish and construction contracts. Over 22 years, he successfully managed and contributed to over 800 projects across federal and military installations in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. Carter continues to leverage his expertise in estimating for USPS contracts in seven south eastern states, and recently participated in a team of specialists conducting Facility Condition Assessments at sixteen DHS/ICE sites.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Carter is dedicated to community service. He provides financial administrative support for two not-for-profit agencies in Austin, TX, focusing on construction improvements and repairs for low-income home owners. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in FEMA disaster recovery teams, generating scopes of work and cost recovery reports for damaged facilities.

Carter Hinkle is a proud graduate of the architecture program at Kansas State University, a test ament to his commitment to excellence in the built environment. Fozia Mozaffar is the co-founder and owner of DF Real Estate LLC. She is the main thrust behind the establishment of DF Real Estate LLC. She is a visionary person and holds an electrical engineering degree.

Fozia’s main role is to administer and implement the five-year development plan. Now she is working on diversifying the role of DF Real Estate LLC beyond America.

Fozia has a pleasant personality and is a team player.

Fozia is the driving force in the growth of the company and she leads from the front to deal with all the eventualities to make IT a success. Under her guidance, DF Real Estate remains ahead in delivering its projects before time.
